Start Your Day

Start your day out right!
Sure good food, water, and a positive mental attitude will get you to where you want to go.
I know that before I even get out of bed I take a few minutes after I awake to focus on who I want to BE.
I think good things, and know that good things are coming my way.
I state 5 things that I am thankful for.
I write down, OK I type my definite chief aim in life and for that day.
Then I take a minute and think of myself already having accomplished it.

20 or so minutes after waking up I have a smile on my face and in my heart.
I am ready to go about my day working towards my goal of making the world a better place for having been in it.
I take a few minutes during the day to reinforce my goal of who I AM becoming.

By doing this everyday I am ensuring my future success and creating the life I deserve!
