Forgiveness is happiness

Forgiveness is the key to happiness.
I will awaken form the dream that I am mortal, fallible and full of sin, and know I am the perfect Son of God.

The Worlds way of thinking

I Am here only to be truly helpful
I Am here to represent Him Who sent me
I do not have to worry about what to say or what to do because
He Who sent me will direct me.
I Am content to be wherever He wishes knowing He goes there with me.
I will be healed as I let Him teach me to heal.

Get back up!!

We've all had these thoughts?
Who am I without this?
What am I?
Why me?
We've felt the illusional darkness
We've questioned all of it
It, hummmm???
What it?
...The illusionary thought system of not good enough, of lack, of wanting to end it.
Ahhhh... what a fantastic reminder that even in our perceived losses we are undefeated!
We are ok!
We are eternal!
Remember the truth of who we are!
Remember that we are Divine in form and the only purpose worthy of our thought is joining the two!
It's not the struggle, or the sacrifices.
It's the choice!
The ONE choice that changes everything!

from Love is Letting Go Of Fear

this is from Gerald G. Jampolsky, M.D.'s book

pg 111

"When we think we have been hurt by someone in the past, we build up defenses to protect ourselves from being hurt in the future. So the fearful past causes a fearful future, and the past and future become one. We cannot Love when we feel fear. We cannot Love when we fell guilt. When we release the fearful past and forgive everyone, we will experience total Love and a oneness with all."

EPILOGUE

"Let us consistently choose the single goal of peace rather than multiple goals that lead to conflict. Let us continue to practice forgiveness and to see each other and ourselves as blameless. Let us look lovingly upon the present, for it holds only knowledge that is forever true. Let us continue to be involved in a process of personal transformation in which we are only concerned about giving, and not about getting.
Let us recognize that we are united as one Self an illuminate the world with the light of Love that shines through us. Let us awaken to the knowledge that the essence of our being is Love, and, as such, we are the light of the world."

Cry for Love

According to A Course in Miracles everything is either
an expression for love or a cry for love.
Wow! Pretty simple way of "seeing" things.
We are either sharing love with those around us or we are calling out for it.
In every moment we have a choice.
We may choose fear and the ego -
we do this by pointing our fingers and seeing the problems on the outside
or
We may choose Love and Spirit/God/The Divine, etc. -
we do this when we choose forgiveness and see the person, event, situation or circumstance as ourselves and choose to let go of judgement and love
them/us - regardless.

Looking outside ourselves is the ego's way of keeping us focused on all that is fear based. It's our ego's way of keeping us stuck in the past or living in the future.
We miss out on the present which is all we truly have.
Everything else is just an illusion.
Think of all the time we spend worrying about the future.
Does this ever change anything?
Think of all the time we spend dwelling on the past -
going over different scenarios with different outcomes.
Does this ever change anything?

Looking inside is our way of connecting with Spirit and healing.
This is our way of connecting to our true Oneness.
How are you able to spend more time in the now?
How are you able to change your perspective?

We are all in this together... actually we are together.

Help heal the world and make it a better place - thank you MJ/Spirit for this.
Start by looking inside and healing
 -my beliefs
- my thoughts
- my words
- my actions
if any of these have fear in them ask the Holy Spirit to change them
This is all that is required to heal.
Quit thinking -
I know the answer.
I know the solution.
I know what is best in this situation.
Seriously, we are clueless - we just assume we know it all
Step back, ask the Holy Spirit for assistance and watch and "see"

I pray we let go of
 - figuring it out
- doing it ourselves
- making it happen
and all the other foolish ideas our ego's concoct.

Choose Love
Let Love Decide
Love is all we need
Love is the answer
Love will find a way

Why we need LOVE

Yes I said it! We need Love. Love means God. God is Love. I chose Love in the title because when some people see the word God they have all these preconceived notions about God that are negative and false
You may call our Creator whatever you desire. God, Spirit, Him, Her, Father, Mother, the Divine, Source, I AM; the name by which you address the ineffable being that created all we are and all we see is unimportant.  But just like me I bet you know there IS something bigger than all of us.
This quote is from Superman Returns. Take a moment to ponder.
Superman: "Listen, what do you hear?"
                  Lois: "Nothing" said quizzically
Superman: "I hear everything. You wrote the world                         doesn't need a savior, but every single day I hear people                   crying for one."
OK, what are you thinking? That’s very interesting. Every day people are praying, they are asking, and seeking, and looking for answers to their perceived problems. Who are they asking? Who are they praying to? Who are you praying to and asking for help? I truly believe that regardless of the influences around us, innately we know that there is something, someone greater than us. And we continually look to this source all the time.
It appears that society is doing most everything it can to distract us from who we truly are, or at the very least remove the very essence of who and what we are.
By removing this essence; by removing Love, God, Source, Spirit, Being, Buddha, Allah, or however you address the infinite intelligence that created this wonderful world that we are so fortunate to live in today we are removing a part of us. How painful would it be if part of you was removed? Think of losing your hand, or you vision, or your ability to feel or smell. It appears that today, early spring of 2014 some people are focused on separating us from ourselves. They think that by removing Love from forms of currency, from the Pledge of Allegiance, from schools, from our vocabulary, and from all the places that it’s been for years that they are doing us a service. Actually they are removing themselves while living in fear. Fear of upsetting someone. Fear of who they truly are.
Life is a journey of self discovery. It’s about our spiritual relationship with us and our Creator. When we spend time with ourselves we are spending time with Love. The people in our lives are there to assist us on our journey. This fear of upsetting someone is actually what is hurting us. The people behind these movements are trying to do what they believe is right. But what they are forgetting is we are all created equal. We are all created in “His” image. It’s not our place to judge. I am saying Love is all of us and we are Love! We are all connected; regardless of your size, your shape, your color, your sex, your likes and dislikes, we are all brothers and sisters. We were created out of Love. I am saying that it’s time to take a moment and remember why we are here, not just in the United States, but everywhere on this big ball of spinning dirt. Why are you here? What is your purpose? What good are you doing today? How are you going to change the world? How are you serving others/Him?
You have a gift that He has given you that this world needs. That’s why you, me, everybody… that’s why we are all here. Be courageous and find out what your gift is and pursue it with a passion. Let go of the fears and know that Love and the Uni-verse are there to support you and take care of you. Your best days are in front of you. Oh, and everything, even the things you may perceive are bad are for your benefit.
Ah, so we're talking about God. But John, I thought this was about why we need Love? You're exactly right! We are speaking about Love/God. They, He, Love are one in the same.
Before going further let’s talk about what Love is. According to Dictionary.com’s definition – it’s a lengthy one.
love - noun
  • a profoundly tender, passionate affection for another person.
  • a feeling of warm personal attachment or deep affection, as for a parent, child, or friend.
  • sexual passion or desire.
  • a person toward whom love is felt; beloved person; sweetheart.
  • (used in direct address as a term of endearment, affection, or the like): Would you like to see a movie, love?
verb (used with object), loved, lov·ing.
  • 15. to have love or affection for: All her pupils love her.
  • 16. to have a profoundly tender, passionate affection for (another person).
  • 17. to have a strong liking for; take great pleasure in: to love music.
  • 18. to need or require; benefit greatly from: Plants love sunlight.
  • 19. to embrace and kiss (someone), as a lover.
verb (used without object), loved, lov·ing.
  • 21. to have love or affection for another person; be in love.
Verb phrases
  • 22. love up, to hug and cuddle: She loves him up every chance she gets.
Synonyms
1. tenderness, fondness, predilection, warmth, passion, adoration. 1, 2. Love, affection, devotion all mean a deep and enduring emotional regard, usually for another person. Love may apply to various kinds of regard: the charity of the Creator, reverent adoration toward God or toward a person, the relation of parent and child, the regard of friends for each other, romantic feelings for another person, etc. Affection is a fondness for others that is enduring and tender, but calm. Devotion is an intense love and steadfast, enduring loyalty to a person; it may also imply consecration to a cause. 2. liking, inclination, regard, friendliness. 15. like. 16. adore, adulate, worship.
OK, so Love has numerous meanings depending on the context and the way it is used. It’s completely understandable that our own individual translations for Love are different. Our environment and those who we grew up with have a huge impact on our definition. I believe as a whole; when asked if their memories/feelings about Love are good or bad we tend to lean towards the negative side. We have all be hurt, or disappointed, or lied to, or cheated on, or left, or abused in the name of Love. Or so we believe.
Ah, but Love is anything but negative. Love is everything good, and wonderful, and breath-taking, and joyous, and smile inducing. Love is powerful. Love is capable of moving mountains. Love is what created us. Love is why we are all here. Love is the answer to every single problem we perceive we have. As the Beatles sing, “Love is all you need.”
Why are we afraid to Love? Why are we afraid to Love each other and ourselves? Simply put, because our thoughts about Love are inaccurate and messed up. Love starts with you. Yes, I said it. You have to Love you first. Everything on the outside that is causing you pain is due to a lack of Love. We are afraid to look inside so we project it outside. Then we point fingers. It’s easier to look at others and blame them.
When the Love is not reciprocated we are supposed to Love. We are supposed to love those who don't love us or are difficult to love. We are supposed to love expecting nothing in return.  When we love, when we truly love expecting nothing in return love comes back to us. How is this possible? It’s possible because we are already Love.
Right now is this very moment we already have all we could possibly need. We constantly go looking for Love, for someone, a partner to complete us, to make us whole, for vibrant health, for well being. Funny thing is we are already all of these things and more. We were created with everything we need to exist here and experience all that God and the Uni-verse have in store for us. We just forget or have it covered with layers of BS that we have accumulated over the years.
Our focus is on everything but Love. Our focus is on ourselves like we are lacking something. Then we focus on not having enough, on not being enough. Like there is something missing. How is that possible? We need to remember what He has said in Matthew  6:25-34
“Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes? 26 Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they? 27 Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life? 28 “And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. 29 Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. 30 If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you—you of little faith? 31 So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ 32 For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. 33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. 34 Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
Then there are times when we have all the material things that we could possible desire. We have a home and it’s decorated and furnished with all the items we like. We have the automobile or whatever modes of transportation that we like. Our closets are filled with clothes and shoes; some of them we don’t even wear. Our pantries, the refrigerators, and the cupboards are full of all sorts of wonderful foods. All of our needs are provided for yet something is still missing. What’s missing?
Love! How do we acquire love? Do we go to the mall or the grocery store and purchase it? Is it delivered in the mail or by the delivery person? Does it come in a package tied with a bright red bow? Sure, that’s exactly what our ego wishes for us to believe. So we go out and get more and more stuff. We have to rent storage units and build rooms just to store all of this stuff. And when we take a moment, when we stop and listen to that still small voice we realize that all this stuff is just stuff. It’s so unimportant.
OK, back to the original question. How do we acquire love? You already know the answer. Love is already in you. Love is you. You are Love. There’s no need to look for love in other people, places or in things; it’s you.
Love is why we are here. Love is what we all desire. When love presents itself, we generally become fearful for numerous reasons. I believe the main reason, which is just an excuse; I know because I've said or thought these exact words, "I’m afraid that I’m going to get hurt." So what do we do? We push love away. And, we justify what we’re doing because we’re scared. Then we are unhappy and wonder why. Ironic?
Funny how the one thing we crave and desire, when we are blessed with it we turn our backs, push it away, worry what others may say, and even run away from it. We do all sorts of silly things because we feel we are unworthy of it. "How can they love me?" "Why would they love me?" "Really?" "Why me?" I don’t deserve this? But deep down inside, where only you are able to see, you long for it. It’s part of who we are.
Love is a beautiful, wonderful gift from God. You are a beautiful, wonderful gift. And inside you is something that the world needs to see and hear and feel. You have a purpose. And your purpose is to share your unique gift of Love with the world. Let go of your fears and follow Love. I said it earlier and I am saying it again. Whatever your problem is there is but one answer: Love.
In each and every moment you have a choice. Do I come from fear or do I come from Love? Whatever you choose will create your life. Choose Love. The other choice only leads to separation and despair. Choose Love and watch the Uni-verse deliver to you glorious experiences and people that are beyond your wildest imaginations!
Let Love in.
Let Love rule.
With Love all things are possible.

Let go of false beliefs

Hi There!
I know I posted a video that is similar to what I am about to type. I felt that the message needs to be heard repeatedly.
Odd, I know, this is about Love and our false beliefs about it.
I pray that you finally let go of your false belief system (BS) about Love.
We believe that Love is what
hurt us,
caused us pain,
disappointed us,
left us,
cheated on us,
wronged us...
Oh, and there are so many other false beliefs we have about love.
It's time to let go of the past,
the hurt,
the pain,
the grievances...
all of it.
It's time to open our arms and let Love in.
Money, relationships, cars, homes, clothes, schools, diplomas, achievements, status, and all the other crap the media convinces us will make us happy is all BS!
Yup I said it. It's all crap!
The only thing that will fix it all is Love!
We are afraid to "Love" ourselves and others cause our ego's have us holding on to the past.
Stop pushing Love away.
Stop believing it's Love that is the cause for your problems.
It's the lack of Love that is the cause of our problems.
Grab a hold of Love!
Embrace it!
Then share it with everyone,
YES!!!! EVERYONE
you encounter ever day.
Smile at them.
hold the door
wave at them
call them
tell them you Love them
Give your Love away and it will come back to you - magnified!
Love is the answer to every question!
Love is the solution to every problem!
Love is Who created you!
Love is who you are!
LOVE
- everything else is just an illusion,
a distraction,
a waste of time!
